George graduated from high school in 1961 and spent several years playing in 3- and 4-piece bands in clubs in the greater NY area, and in concerts with groups like the Drifters, the Coasters, the Isley Brothers, and many others. More recently, he has worked as a single performer, with a multi-genre repertoire spanning 60 years of poular music.
